We require a deposit of £250 to secure your
booking. This deposit is not refundable, in the
event that you do not take up the accommodation, nor in
the event of damage or rent arrears that may occur.
You will be expected to sign a licence agreement for the
full academic year. It is with regret that refunds will not
be given should you wish to leave earlier.
You will need to provide your own bed linen/quilt.
Full payment for accommodation is to be paid at Reception
or through bank details given on your enquiry. (On your bank
form please state clearly the name for
whom the accommodation is for). Our charges are as follows:
